Youtube Exercise Library: In Progress!
Patients of Team Rehab Shelby 3 will be given username and password for exercise library and instructions on which exercises to perform. Will also be given print-outs or emailed pictures.
- Correctly perform HEP with instructions and videos
- Review post-operative exercises to maintain gains in between therapy appointments which encourages quicker recovery and quicker return to functional activities
